This modern modular home was contracted to us in late 2016 and began life as an idea gathered from Pinterest! We expanded on the original plans and added some key ecological features and modernized the planned layout to accommodate the family’s growing needs as they wanted to expand their family in the future. The entire thing was produced in a sealed clean environment then assembled on-site.

We stand behind our modular homes. That’s why every one of them is backed by a manufacturer’s one-year limited warranty. For added peace of mind, an optional ten year insured limited warranty is also available.
